No. You can start on the Free plan, or try a paid plan free for a limited time, without adding a payment card. You only pay when you choose a paid plan.

Graypie is built for businesses everywhere. When you sign up you choose your country and Graypie sets your currency, tax label, time zone and common payment methods. Ask in the chat if you want to check a specific country.

Yes. Graypie works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers with the same account. The register is built to keep working when your connection drops and to catch up when you are back online.

Yes. Invite each person with a link, and choose what their role can see and do: a cashier can sell without seeing your reports, for example. The number of team members depends on your plan.

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of products, customers, suppliers or expenses; Graypie matches your columns, shows what it will do before it does it, and lets you undo an import. You can export your data whenever you like.

Yes. Graypie Studio builds a website from your business details and a template, and the online store sells the same products you ring up in the shop, so stock stays in step. How many websites you can have depends on your plan.

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, and nobody at Graypie will ever ask you for that code. Some accounts also confirm an email address once.

Yes. The business owner can delete the account from the profile menu. Deletion starts a grace period, after which the data is removed for good. Chats with us are read by our team to help you, and card numbers and codes are removed before a message is stored.
